Vanity

I definitely do not consider myself vain. Why? Because I don't own any expensive make-up,clothes or shoes. I am never willing to spend more than a thousand bucks just to look good. Oh well, except for my hair! It really needs treatment like hairspa or cellophane once in a while. Hair rebonding? Yeah, I tried it once in 2004 coz my hair had gotten so dry and a bit kinky. I'm actually planning to have my hair rebonded again this year but I am still having second-thoughts. Ang mahal eh!

But of course, I wanna look good especially now that I'm a mom. But is spending too much for yourself really worth it? --I don't think so! Child-rearing is quite expensive! From milk to diapers to baby wipes--they really are expensive! So as long as you feel good and comfy with what you're wearing, it doesn't have to be expensive. And besides, I want to give only the best for my son-- expensive or not. If it's for my son, I am willing to spend and spend! LOL. I am willing to sacrifice buying new clothes or shoes just to be able to provide him the best milk and vitamins any baby could ever have. I guess most moms are like that, right? We love selfishly and unconditionally.
