The Transformation

One my of my classmates in highschool added me as a friend on Facebook. I am not good at remembering names, so it's a good thing that I checked  some of his photos. (I almost ignored the friend request. Hehe).

The face was familiar and the only thing that changed was the body. He used to be soooo skinny so we teased him "tikling". LOL.

And now....oh well, he's not a tikling anymore! As a matter of fact, he now owns a masculine body like that of Heart Evangelista's boyfriend. (What's his name again? :-P)

Aside from obviously hitting the gym regularly, he said he also takes Alpha T1. A supplement that helps increase muscle mass and strength. (Oh  okay...we learned something new! Hehe).
