Back Pains

When I started running almost two years ago, I noticed that I have been susceptible to lower and mid back pains. I didn’t realize immediately that wearing a good sports bra was a must in this kind of sport.  Nobody told me. Haha!

Poor me.

So when I finally came to my senses, I started investing on good sports bras (they are good back supports, mind you) that would give me the maximum support and comfort that I need. And true enough, I officially said goodbye to back pains.
