Manila Girl

I've always lived in Metro Manila (Mandaluyong City is where I grew up) since I was born. Yes, you can call me a certified "Manila girl" if you wish. *big grin*

Why am I saying this?

Oh well, it just dawned on me that despite the fact that I've lived in the city all my life I haven't ridden the Philippine National Railways (PNR) train!

Shame on me, right? I only get a glimpse of this train on TV when there are railroad or train-crossing accidents being reported.

I am very much aware that there are a number of people residing along the PNR railroad, and it really breaks my heart whenever I hear stories about residents being hit by the train.

Now I can't help but think -- who helps these less fortunate people when there's accident resulting to injuries or deaths?

Do we have some sort of FELA Railroad Injury and Train Accident Lawyer here in the Philippines that can help out?
