Grandma's delicious Adobo

I've been eating a lot lately. I just can't help it. I know that I should be dieting by now, but I keep procrastinating. LOL. Just like last night, grandma (my hubby's grandma) cooked delicious Adobo again. And guess what, I ate like there's no tomorrow! Haha!

It's a good thing that our treadmill has been fixed so I can start exercising again. I'm going back to work one month from now. I need to lose weight as fast as I could. Any recommendation on top weight loss products?
