Knife Safety Lessons for Kids

One of the things that I enjoy doing with my kids is baking.  Basically, I ask my 7-year-old boy to measure dry ingredients and mix the batter. For my 3-year old girl, I ask her to lay cupcake liners onto the pan and do a little mixing job. When my kids are old enough to learn how to cook, I'd like to teach them some basic knife safety lessons.
