Online Shopping

Are you planning to avoid the holiday rush this season?

Well, I can't blame you! Parties are left and right in December that you'll have a hard time squeezing them in to your already busy schedule. You have a full-time job to think about, kids to take care of and school activities to attend to, family reunions, meal planning, and the list goes on! Whew! Just thinking about these things makes me tired. LOL.

Anyway, all I want to say  is...if you’re serious in avoiding the holiday rush this season, online shopping might be the best option for you.

That being said, check out these cool Dickies scrubs. Have a nice day!

Unreceived Items

As of writing, I still haven't received the Hello Kitty items (mouse and iPod USB cable) I ordered through eBay last November. The two items were ordered from two different sellers based in Hongkong. I contacted them both in December and they were gracious enough to resend each item. The turnaround time of shipment from Hongkong to the Philippines normally takes 15 to 30 days (standard shipping).

But it's been over two months and I still haven't received the items. One of the sellers suggested that I go to the nearest post office. But the thing is, I haven't received any notification from the post office that I have a package available for pick up. :-(

I love buying things online and this is not the first time that I have purchased items from another country. I love the fact that you can buy almost everything online (even nurses uniform) now with just a few clicks.

But what I don't appreciate is this; a package lost in transit. :-(

Shopaholic

Don't you just love shopping online?

It's one of the most convenient things in the world! With online shopping, you can purchase anything and everything at the comfort of your home and have the item/items delivered to you within a day or two. Great, isn't it?

You can buy laptops, cell phones, mp3 speakers or players, iPods, clothes, shoes, books, digital cameras, shoes, furniture, and the list goes on. What's good about it is that you can purchase items from other countries.

You just have to be careful with some online stores and sellers though.

Naot

I love Naot sandals!

They look comfortable and durable -- just perfect for a whole-day stroll at the mall. It's guaranteed that your feet won't hurt a bit even after walking for long hours. They're also the perfect footwear while doing your favorite outdoor activities. They're a bit pricey though. But it's always better to invest on something that would surely last longer, right?

I've always wanted to have a MacBook Pro. It's my dream laptop! But I guess it will always be just a dream for me since I am not willing to spend that much money on a laptop anyway.

For those who want to upgrade their laptop's memory, you may go to MemorySuppliers.Com and use their Apple memory selector to find the guaranteed compatible memory upgrades for the "Apple of your eyes." I swear that's the quickest and easiest way!!!

Then there's Alli

There are tons of diet pills available in the market today. There's Orovo, Nuphedragen, Xenical, then there's Allie and what-have-yous.

But the truth is, you won't really know which one is going to work best for you unless you try the product yourself. Reading testimonials about any product can really help you a lot. But still, just because a product works for other people does not necessarily mean it will also work for you, right?

So there. It's up for you to take a chance.

Time is gold

My watch has recently run out of battery. But instead of buying a new battery for it, I realized that it’s probably time for me to get a new one. :-)

I like this Seiko watch that I found online. It’s really simple yet very womanly. I personally like the combination of silver and gold. I was thinking of buying it using my PayPal account until I was kicked out of my own reverie.

My heart sank when I saw its price. It’s $300! There’s no way I would ever buy a watch as expensive as that – even if I had the money. But that will not change the fact that I still love Seiko watches anyway.

I got free memory cards!

Our bosses went to the US for a business trip a few months ago and they brought this box full of 2GB Kodak SD memory cards when they came back. We were given one SD card each but I was lucky enough to get two! The other one was given to me by my former trainer and friend, Jaybee, who also joined the said business trip. I am so happy because I’ve been planning to buy SD cards for our two digital cameras but I was having second thoughts coz they’re expensive! Each SD card costs $30 or more if you’re going to purchase it from the US. But here in the Philippines, it costs 2k each the last time I checked! Whoa!

Wow!

I was checking out some sale items at Buy.com and saw that they’re selling this Kingston 8GB Data Traveler USB flash drive for only $29.95 with free shipping. Oh that is such a steal! I really wanna buy it but I am a little hesitant because I haven’t tried buying from an international online store before. I am just worried that my package will get lost in the mail.

Hmmm…Should I buy it or not?

Funny t-shirts

I know all of you will agree with me if I say that t-shirts are the most comfortable thing to wear.

Though I am not really the type who wears one during a long stroll around the mall, I still can't help but notice people wearing t-shirts (most of them are men, of course) with funny writings on them. Oh well..freedom of expression I guess.

Some are just as naughty as these ones:

Shop till you drop!

Hello, blogmates! Do you like shopping online because you're too busy to go to the malls? If so, then I've got some good news for you!

Have you heard about ShopWiki.com? It's a very helpful search engine made for online shoppers. Now it's easier to purchase the latest gadgets, accessories and what-have-yous. Just so you know, traditional online shopping websites will only show you the stores that paid for placement. Thus, when you do a search for a product that you want to buy, you get very limited results. But with ShopWiki, it will give you all all the results that match your search. Isn't that awesome?

Let's say you put the word "iphone" on the search field and hit ENTER, you will see a list of different stores selling iphones at different prices! You can even narrow-down your search by specifying the price range, color and the brand that your prefer. You can also search for a product by category.

Swiss Army bags

Don't you know that Swiss Army does not only provide quality knives? They also provide various types of durable bags like luggages and backpacks. And mind you, they all come in different colors too. I love the pink one! It looks so sassy and girly. I would really love to have that kind of bag everytime I travel with my family. It looks comfortable to carry coz it's not bulky.
