Uh-Oh!

Did your kid/kids get a lot of electronic toys last Christmas? I bet they did!

While we are all grateful for those lovely (and perhaps, expensive) presents that they received over the holidays, isn't it a bit uncomfortable when these electronic toys don't even come with free batteries  despite their expensive price tags? Hassle, right?

My kids opened some of their presents late at night (the day after Christmas) and was more than excited to try out their new toys, but to our frustration we didn't have any batteries available in the house so they had to wait the following day until we bought some rechargeable batteries AA.

So to all toy manufacturers, can I make a request? Please make sure your products are packaged with batteries -- especially those expensive brands. Kids will be much happier if they can use their toys right away. :P
