I woke up at 4 AM to give my sick baby girl some milk. She was constantly tossing and turning, which means she's hungry. I was hesitant to give her milk because she vomitted the other night when I did.
Since she hasn't drunk milk the whole day, I took my chances and prayed she wouldn't vomit this time.
She looked devastatingly hungry, so I got up and gave her 1 ml of Vometa drops, which her pedia prescribed to prevent her from vomitting each time she takes something in, and some water to quench her thirst. I waited a few minutes before giving her milk.
I watched her closely as she eagerly emptied her feeding bottle by half. Then she paused for a few seconds and puked all over the bed! Her face and body were drenched with stinky milk.
And so was I.
My poor little girl is now in deep slumber after the clean-up. I am watching her as she sleeps. Her long eye-lashes are so adorable (she won't be needing eye-lash growth products ever!), her lips are so red and we all adore her curly hair. Thank you Lord for giving her to us!
I pray that she gets better soon...
