Every time I see
electric grills at the mall, I am always reminded of my favorite Korean dish,
Samgyeopsal (삼겹살). It consists of thick, fatty slices of pork belly meat which is similar to uncured bacon. It is cooked on an electric grill and is a perfect
"pulutan" (appetizer) when drinking alcohol among Koreans.
Once
Samgyeopsal is cooked, just wrap it with some lettuce and dip it in olive oil and you're good to go!
Oh, I miss
