My friend noticed the significant amount of weight I lost. She said she already tried all the best weight loss pills she could think of (both expensive and cheap), but she just ended up gaining what she had lost once she stopped taking them. And the worst part is, she seemed to have gained even more now.
I encouraged her to jog regularly and explained its many benefits to our health. I told her to cut down down on her daily food intakes little by little too. If it works for me, then I don't see the reason why it won't work for her.
She seems convinced. I hope everything goes well for her. Let's all look forward to a fit and fab 2011!
