Help!!!

I have 5 small pimples on my left face that won't go away. *sad, sad, sad*

What's even more horrible is that each pimple is positioned like a circle on my face. They just won't go away no matter what I do! And I thought I'm too old to have pimples! How depressing.

It seems like my regular facial wash doesn't help at all, so I need your recommendation. What's the best acne face wash for you? What do you use each time you have a major pimple problem like mine? Please help! Thanks!
