I've been exercising for a few weeks now, but I am not seeing any results yet. Maybe because despite my earnest effort to lose weight, suppressing
my very dear appetite is still a major struggle for me! Haha. So as bad as it may sound, there are times that I still find myself caving in to my tummy's wishes. Talk about self-discipline! LOL.
Sometimes I am tempted to take some
appetite suppressants too, but I am scared of the possible side effects. I guess I'd better stick to my diet.
Slowly, but surely
