Skin allergies

Greggy's new nanny is suffering from a skin allergy so we thought of bringing her to a dermatologist to have her skin checked. She has wounds and rashes all over her arms and legs. I won't deny the fact that sometimes seeing her allergies make me feel a little uncomfortable. She said it's not contagious. According to her, she only gets those rashes whenever she eats something fishy.

I'm not sure how you call this kind of skin condition. I've been researching about it online but I still can't figure out whether it's eczema or something else.
