It's been almost three weeks since a gave birth and I'm happy to say that I've lost a few pounds already. I haven't started exercising yet, but I've been eating less rice. I'm also planning to do the After-6(PM) diet so I won't feel heavy before I go to bed. Maybe it will work for me too! :)
I know it's hard to find diets that work. There are lots of exercise programs, eBooks, shakes and “miracle pills” out there. You just have to find the one that works best for you.
