I must admit, looking for the best and cheapest car insurance coverage is not a piece of cake. There are many things that you need to take into consideration. And one of which is your BUDGET. How much are you capable of paying? Would you rather pay more as long as you get good coverage? Or you'd rather get the lowest price available no matter what?
