Carpool

Gas is really expensive nowadays. So I can't blame some of my officemates why they do carpooling just to save some money for gas. If I had my own car, I'd probably invite some officemates to carpool with me too. After all, sharing your expenses with others can give you a lot of savings. But of course I will just invite the ones who take the same route as me so I can just drop them off on my way home.

Anyway, I told my husband we can buy a brand-new car after two years (that's our target). By then, the monthly amortization that we're paying for the house we bought will be paid off completely . Therefore, that will be the best time for us to buy a car. I know we can afford it when the time comes.

But not now. :-)
